Present society has changed a lot as a society rush. Humans rarely have time to exercise, timeless relax ,eating is useless ,stressful situations, because stress conditions. This may be a problem at work, study or other problems such messages are affect bad of health We should take care your body because health is important. If you are sick, everything is not good which will affect to yourself. So now let's take care of yourself, follow this simple method.
1.Drink more water
should drink 2-3 liters, water keeps bodies at the correct temperature and removes toxins that are the inevitable result of metabolism and industrial life. You'll be healthier automatically.

2.Eat breakfast
Breakfast should be eaten within two hours of waking. If you skip breakfast, you're more likely to reach for high sugar and fatty snacks mid-morning. Eating breakfast has long-term health benefits. 3. Eat well

Choose your interested sports such as fitness, swimming, running, or another. Choose a time to exercise. Early in the morning and the evening is the best time to exercise. 5. Sleep
