Responsible for manage and analyze customer database to create roll out CRM project and promotion campaign to drive CRM’s KPI
CRM data analysis, ability to interpret data
Coordinating with other departments for CRM
Finding new opportunities to increase profit per customer and serve sales and marketing needs.
Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
Plan and develop loyalty program
Loyalty program campaign management and maintain loyalty members
Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email.
Strategic planning for marketing communication

Qualifications:
Thai Male / Female, with 3-5 yrs of work experience in CRM Marketing
Graduated Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing or related fields.
Solid experience in implementing advertising and promotional activities
Has work background in the area of marketing planning, data analytics, or CRM, with proven record on the intensive use of data.
Good analytical skills in market and customer research.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel and work overtime or during holidays.
Acquired solid skill on Excel, and data analysis tools. Experience on SAP is a plus.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
