I am dismayed to note that many actions in the master action plan have yet to be performed or performed satisfactorily. The meeting we had was on 10 Feb 2015. That was a long time ago.
I expect to see the implementation of the actions in the master action plan within the stipulated time lines. If you are unable or unwilling to meet the timelines, please let me know
I would like to reiterate that management must be hands-on and must deal with all management and operational issues. You need to be more pro-active instead of re-active.
