Due to HR Officer not have work load at this period. So, I suggest him to have a walk and do inspection of staff on duty.
I ask him walk around hotel minimum one time per week and inspection report must send to me every Friday before 4 pm. He can do it in Thai.
If he found that staff does not follow up with Hotel’s regulation, he can remind staff and come back report to you. However, if it is a big issue, he will come to report to you fast.
I hope to see you to take action to make sure that staff follow up with hotel policy. For example: staff cannot eat food in operation area. Staff cannot talk own hand phone in operation area. Or staff cannot use guest’s toilet.
The first report must submit to me on Thursday 30/4/2015 (as he told me that this Friday he will bring his girlfriend to hospital).

Yesterday Sales Coordinator requests to go out on 12 pm and come back to work on 1 pm.
I heard that she comes back to work around 2.45 pm.
