I have been reviewing the sales opportunities from the shows that are in the CRM. What I have noticed is that there has been no change in the open opportunities, won and/or lost items in the last month. At this point in time, most of the quotations that were issued following the show should have expired. Therefore there status should be updated in the CRM. I will encourage you to review your current open opportunities relating to the shows and update the status. This is a good time to re-connect with the customer and learn of their continued interest. Note that if a purchase of Agr equipment has occurred, that it should be noted with its relation to the show and designated as WON. If the opportunity has been put on hold, then it should be designated FUTURE. If there is no future interest or the customer has purchased something else, then it should be closed or LOST.
