Hypotheses
This study aims to support the following hypotheses associated to this report:
1. The main text creates a “placebo effect” towards its readers by emphasizing that its instructive attributes must be pursued for maximum effectiveness
2. The main imposes onto to its reader a philosophy of reliance towards one’s self based on the observations and findings of the author
3. The main text is an excellent example of bibliotherapy
4. The main text is not completely ineffective; the impact the text on its reader will be based on the level of cognition of the reader
5. The facts and observations presented by the main text dwells on obvious premises or are of common knowledge in terms of the reader being an “effective” person in society and with one’s self
6. The possibility of the reader being “effective” without reading the main text is still achievable through personal experience or self-realization
