2. Unable to view previous Documents (Hiring, Status Change-Promotion/Warning, Manpower Requisition, etc.) that were performed by previous HR Manager. We cannot avoid turn over or movement in department that is including of HR department. Associate information MUST BE always available all the time, and easy to find. This is big reason why we need Workflow to replace traditional way (Keep paper in file). At the moment, system do not allow new user to view Associate information that they do not involve with. Please kindly find the resolution how those information can be available for future reference, and do not limit only person who involve in the workflow. Please consider as Business Need
