To fabricate oxidized pectin-gelatin-curcumin (OP-Gel-Curcumin), curcumin (10–40 wt%) was initially dissolved in 5 mL ethanol and slowly added to the OP-Gel solution. At the end of 16 h, nonwoven cotton fabric was dipped into the OP-Gel-Curcumin solution, taken out and dried at room temperature. In the case of oxidized pectin-gelatin-Aloe Curcumin dressings (OP-Gel-Aloe Curcumin) dressings, curcumin (20 wt%) was dissolved in 5 mL ethanol and slowly added to the OP-Gel solution containing 20% aloe vera. At the end of 16 h, nonwoven cotton fabric was dipped into the OP-Gel-Curcumin solution, taken out and dried at room temperature.
