With limited or no training, users will be able to report in their own language through a simple and intuitive front-end interface. Synergi will then send the information, including alerts and notifications, to those responsible for follow-up and investigation. The extensive interface, designed for back-office classification and analyses, constitutes support for the full investigation, risk evaluation, loss causation modeling and action management process. When incidents are well documented and approved in accordance to the company workflow, Synergi accommodates the ability to share key lessons learned throughout and across the company. The combination of exposure values and targets with registered incidents, events and their subsequent classification values, results in a flexible tool for normalized values and KPI monitoring.
