Order Processing Information
For your protection, we may hold an order for verification. Pending payment verification, items processed Monday-Friday generally ship within 24 hours for standard shipments and 3-4 business day shipments. Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) is shipped. If your order is sent out in multiple shipments or from multiple locations, separate authorizations and charges for each shipment may appear on your account. Return Information
Just complete the return form on the back of your invoice, affix the prepaid standard shipping label to the package and we will happily process your return and/or exchange.
