I am following up on the request for Production Compliance Verification outsourced employees as we have been discussing further with Loblaw.
1- Attached is a Job Description that provides more details on the expected roles and responsibilities. Please note it is a generic one as it covers all required resources we need for this project, so not specific to food.
2- Attached is the mapping done by your team on where the factories for Thailand are located, product manufactured, city and province. Most of the factories are food products, with the exception of 3 that are toys and plastic items.
3- For the time being, please do not consider Cambodia under your scope, I will deal with it separately.
4- What is expected from you for this project is 1- source the right candidates, 2- employ the chosen resources as Intertek employees, with all costs + margin recharged back to Loblaw (similar to existing resource already employed on compliance) 3-provide general support function, admin, HR, IT to this resource
Action: Based on this mapping we would need your help to get food inspectors/auditors profiles of candidates that would meet the Job Description and that would be fully outsourced to Loblaw. Can you please update us on the possible candidates you have already been looking for? Based on the factory mapping and with previous information provided on the scope, where does it make sense to position these resources in Thailand?
I am including Hanny in the loop as I understand there is also a (different )request from Loblaw for food safety auditors probably in the same factories, and I would talk with Hanny as well to understand the context, but this is a different request.
