Effect of germination on antioxidant activity of
different rice varieties
The effect of germination on TEAC and FRAP of
different rice varieties before and after germination
is shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4, respectively.
The results of TEAC and FRAP was agreeable in
which the Niew Dam rice showed higher antioxidant
