Main Purpose:
To perform as the single point of contact for DCS's customer and to provide a responsible for day-to-day operation of the Service Desk including customer assistance via email, the phone and face to face. Quality customer service is the primary focus of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to end user support, on site, for PC's (Desktop and Notebook) hardware and software, both problem and request, by knowledge that company provided.
- Install, Move, Add and Change PC (Hardware and Software), printer, scanner or other peripheral. And procuring new hardware and software as company procedure.
- Execute assigned ticket as submitted from Service Desk Systems.
- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts as company procedure.
- Maintaining and Deploying PC's image as company procedure. And responding to complete all update patch and antivirus pattern, routine deploying process. Make an excellent communication with all end user and other members of customer.
- Work with outside vender as need.
- Perform working with high standard procedure of IT Service Management.
