Thank you very much for your e-mail but we are received e-mail complaint since 4 June 2014 and we have already explained that
1. Beach Bar can still serves open daily.
2. Kacha Restaurant closed - we sent letter renovation by e-mail to Account Manager in Thailand since 10 Feb 2014 but we not know reason that why not show on your website.
3. client sign signature accept and agree not to make any complaints
All reason I think that I don't refund any money to client but you confirm 50% refund to client, I have no problem because we understand you but Account Manager will waive that invoice.
