TAT Weekly Meeting

Meen
1. Directory
a. Phim has update the golf directory section and is sending it to Meen to combine with the present DB.
b. Meen is now starting to update the Serviced Apartments and Embassies sections for the November issue.
2. Website
a. Sid has sent an email to Neil to ask what day/time he can conduct a training session for all of our staff to learn how to update the TAT and LE websites. Rin will follow up.
b. Meen has sent several news scoops to Neil but he has not posted any. Sid has email him to follow up.
3. Work Schedule
a. The October issue is coming out late. It may come on the 2nd or the 5th. This is a result of poor internal communication within our team.
b. From today onwards, Meen will prepare a monthly work schedule with information for each day. She will print the schedule and give it to Rin, Phim, Percy, Boy to stick near their desk. Meen will update this on a daily basis. If there are any changes, she will seek the approval of K. Sid.
c. K. Ravi and K. Asha will also be given the schedule and they will be informed each time they request any changes that may cause the next issue to come out late. Only K. Sid can approve their requested changes after being informed of the possible new release date.
d. Meen will close the news section on the 5th of each month. She will speak to airlines to get their press releases in English and Thai so that she does not have to translate. She will focus on including news for our advertisers as first priority. Second priority will be past advertisers. Third priority will be potential advertisers. She will focus on uploading current news on the website.
Rin
1. She will follow up with K. Boontieng at Air Sea Guide. She has not called him yet.
2. Druk Air & Astana
a. Both are interested in double strips facing and she will follow up with them next week.
3. Promotion Letter for Double Strips Facing
a. Sid has written it and she has started sending them out to airlines.
b. After this she will send the letters to advertisers in Air Sea Guide. Then courier services. Then car rentals.
4. She has researched potential advertisers – Japanese restaurants.
a. She is preparing envelopes with copies of the latest issue along with the letter and media kit and will drop these at Japanese restaurants around Sukhumvit and Silom. Pom will help.
5. Bangkok Airways & Citibank Campaign
a. They have given us 10 tickets in exchange for 1 page in the October issue.
b. She is getting an appointment with K. Kridhakorn for K. Sid to discuss.
c. Citibank doesn’t have any budget for 2015 but will consider for 2016.
Phim
1. She will contact more hospitals.
2. Mali Clinic is interested in advertising on our back cover. Phim will connect Rin with the client for TAT. Ankita will speak to the client for LE.
3. She is sending out the pre paid envelopes with renewal letters.
4. She will post the details of the winners of the survey on the website next week.
