Create Sales Revenue Create Promotions and wine offer for all outlet Ensuring availability with minimal stock on hand Making monthly report on wine menu engineering Control wine cellar stock including wine quality, quantity, maintenance and wine stock environment Drive Wine Pre-Sales customers groups such as wedding banquet, dinning by design and others. Making monthly report such as budget, cost, profit, store, awards and activities Making inventory control in wine cellar Analyze market and sales in order to identify products and services requiring marketing support Manage and perform cost and budgetary planning Ensure that wine related information in the POS is clean Have proper wine handling equipment available to service associates Ensure that the glassware are the highest standard to service Regularly organize wine dinner, tasting and other activities such activities to drive wine sales revenue and create new experience for customers Resolve staffs’ conflicts in the department and between departments be prepared to answer
