I am responsible to pay a lease break fee of $726.00 in accordance with my Residential
Tenancy Agreement,
I am responsible for paying a fee of $165.00 to cover advertising and marketing costs to re-let the apartment, and
I will have discussed access arrangements with UniLodge staff to show my apartment to potential tenants prior to my vacate date. These arrangements are:
I understand that I have an going responsibilities and:
I must present my apartment in a reasonably clean condition in order to assist in the re- leasing of the apartment,
I am able to find a tenant to take over my lease, but they must first be approved by UniLodge, and
I acknowledge that I am responsible to pay all rent up to and including my original Residential Tenancy Agreement termination date, or until a new tenant commences, which ever is first.
