The hotel is elegant, but it's still largely under construction, so you'll be surrounded by workers everywhere, out of your window in the morning, at the entrance while you check-in and you'll have scaffoldings right in front of you at the reception and during breakfast. I was wondering how they can invite guests to stay in a place which is not complete yet, only the rooms are finished. The hotel will be classy, for now it's only an overpriced nice hotel with works in progress (hammering noises included). Internet is almost absent, it worked late at night and early in the morning, so if you have to use it for business look somewhere else. The room in general and the bathroom match the price you pay, overprieced as everywhere in Myanmar but well made. Almost nothing in the surroundings, except restaurants. The breakfast is really badly managed: at first I was asked if I wanted a juice, eggs, bacon, then I received only eggs (no buffet, only cooks), I had to ask again for the bacon which they forgot and arrived at the end of the meal, then when I asked for my jiuce they said something strange like: "it's finished, you have to pay for it", so I got only 1 glass of water. Weird and low-level breakfast considering the price. You don't really get what you pay for.
