The first and foremost thing about breakfast is that it provides our body with the much- needed fuel and energy after an overnight of fasting. This is exactly why this meal is known as Breakfast i.e. breaking the fast. If an individual is skipping his/ her breakfast, they are clearly trying to kick start their day without any fuel.
