As per Alex's email, we were under the impression that Brainstream could place orders for existing customers. We now have a situation where there are multiple renewals and add-ons that are unable to be placed - is this an error on our part? In addition, the partner has several new customers that have signed SOWs that are due to come off trial.
I understand the situation with the non-payment, however, this is now affecting the experience of our customers. What can we do to get this resolved so we don't affect the customers under Brainstream?
