Manage purchase order and liaison between suppliers and related department.
• Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers local and overseas.
• Perform buying duties when necessary and ensure purchasing reports as required.
• Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.
• Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
• Occasional required traveling to review and support other offices purchasing activities.
• Managing store in Thailand operation.
• Monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes.
• Optimize the administration of materials and finished products by coordinating the involved activities such as materials planning & supply, inventory control, and logistics to achieve organizational strategic objectives.
• Ensure Store Leader check stock and handle stock controlling.
• Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
• Ensuring daily purchasing operations across all offices meet needs of the company.
• Responsible for purchasing productivity, supplier’s analysis, service improvement and contract execution.
• Assist and manage purchasing team with all other company, controlling purchasing project budgets.
• Make recommendations for development or revision of internal procurement procedures.
• Other performs as assign by Regional Purchasing Manager.
