I'm a limo driver, and people leave all kinds of things in my limousine scarves, packages, and even shoes. Last Saturday night I picked up this elegant couple at their hotel and drove them to the opera. The woman must have been wearing a million dollars worth of jewelry. On the weekend, when I was cleaning the inside of the car, I noticed something shining. The woman'diamond bracelet must
have fallen off, and it slipped behind the seat. So I called the hotel where the couple was staying explained what had happened, and arranged to return the bracelet. The woman was extremely grateful .And in tears, she told me that it was a valuable family jewel ,worn by her grandmother, and she went on to praise my honesty. Then she opened her purse ,took out a ten-dollar bill, and gave it to me. I refused, but she insisted. Ten bucks! Can you believe it ?
