We have heard from my friend, who is working for in German company (100% foreigner owned), which PE is going to an issue there. That firm will try to implement PE as soon as possible across all their business units, which mean, they are related to invoicing, pricing and selling issues. She told me that, she could offer the price of the products by telephone only. Then quotation, email and other documents which issued by local, are not allowed to provide to customers and customers will buy directly from headquarter or regional offices in order to opened L/C. So she likes a marketing staff, instead of salesman.
However, regarding to PE, we would like to clarify that, how PE is influenced to our business either indent (commission basis) or retail (stock keeping) and what its concerns exactly?
It would be appreciated, if you could provide us the rough ideas before we will travel to Germany in next week. This issue will be raised in the meeting over there.
