My booking had 2 rooms with 2 adults leaving at different times. It must have taken about an hour to get the correct booking, rate, clarify breakfast, and for the clerk to explain everything clearly to us. This was finally done. On checking out of room 203, I had been overcharged on 2 nights, the rate was incorrect, some nights had been charged for breakfast, some not, this took over an hour but the desk clerk, sorry I did not take her name, was patient, went to clarify matters and explained everything to my satisfaction. However this is too long a period to resolve the issue. On checking out the second room, again breakfast was included for some nights and I was charged for a night when I was told that on those last three nights the breakfast charge had been added on to the room rate. It was explained to me by the desk clerk that breakfast is charged for the night before, so for the 27.3.2014this breakfast related to the 26th, I'm not quite sure I understand how that works. Check out took about half an hour. In hindsight it may have been easier to charge breakfast to each respective room rather than just one bill. It would have been so much easier to add the breakfast total on to the room rate. Apart from this experience and the lack of disabled access, my family had a great time at the dusit, staff were fantastic.
