Thank you for the message and sorry for a late reply. I had a sick leave for a week and just got back to work at the office today.
I reviewed the draft with great interest and am happy to take a lead in drafting part 4c and 5 on the recommendations related to HTA. Also, I am delighted to provide support in writing up the narrative on UHC as part of economic and health development as well as sharing Thai data per requested below (though I am sure that some items, e.g. medicine expenditure by quintile, are unlikely to be available).
Moreover, I can confirm my participation in the meeting in London though I may need to combine this with another business trip, which would have implication that I will miss the second half (one and a half day) of the London meeting. I hope this is acceptable.
Lastly, as I am the Thai government officer, I need to get permission from the government to attend the London meeting. In doing so, I need to have a more formal invitation letter either from your organization or the journal issuing that I am part of the working group and I am invited to attend the meeting in London.
Thanks, again, for inviting me to take part of this important work and I shall look forward to the meeting in March.
