Dear Representatives on Safety,
As you are aware, TNSC is launching Safety Perception Survey (SPS) exercise to set the baseline and momentum of our safety culture within the organization. The primary purpose of doing so is to safeguard the well-being of individuals and the safety of the workforce to prevent any incidents.
1. What is SPS and Purpose
DuPont has launched an online SPS, an innovative solution that provides organizations with leading indicators to help identify areas of concern and prevent incidents before they occur. The safety culture survey allows us to proactively measure, monitor and manage our organization’s safety culture. This gives us insight and helps us to take action before issues arise.
2. How to Proceed
2.1 Role of Representative on Safety
The Senior Management (i.e. President / CEO) of each company is required to appoint a primary contact person to take on the role of a Communication Manager.
Please inform the name and email address of appointed “Communication Manager” at each company by close of business Friday 12 August 2016.
The responsibility of the Communication Manager role is to communicate the deployment of SPS exercise to employees in his company. In order to facilitate the process of the SPS deployment exercise, the following appointments should be appointed by the appointed Communication Manager:
