A few observations as follows for your comment:
1) Does this transfer to Sutlet apply to all existing customers as well as new ones?
2) Presumably if it applies to existing customers, I assume someone will copy & paste all existing customer details from FCA to Sutlet, or will existing customers remain as they are?
3) Under the current enquiry number designation system we have FCA, PBLS and SGS for Sutlet. In future I assume all payroll enquiries will have SGS in front of the number instead of FCA, therefore is it the intention to change existing payroll enquires to SGS or will they remain FCA?
4) All quotes where a customer asks for accounting and payroll will require two separate quotes to be sent, currently just a single quote, one as an FCA template (which hasn't been invented yet) quote for accounting and the other as a Sutlet template, is that the intention?
5) So do you have any thoughts on the Payroll Template, I would think the easiest solution will be to take the existing combined template and remove the accounting bits, just leaving the bits for payroll and change the logo to Sutlet would you agree?
6) Will you be changing the website to reflect the split between the two services, or is this all purely just a cosmetic exercise for accounting purposes to show that Sutlet has some income?
