Trivial Pursuit story perhaps best represents the idea. In 1983 sales were modest, totaling less than $30 million retail in Canada only. In 1984 North America retail sales exploded to the $1 billion level. The entrepreneurship system that had been initiated in 1981 and was prosecuted through 1982 suddenly rocketed to never-before-attained heights for such an enterprise. But, as will be demonstrated, this extraordinary success was the result of a process, a model, as well as luck.
