Provide One-on-One Feedback
When employees work on projects, they often rely on their co-workers to provide them with feedback. Feedback can range from advice about formatting a report, proofreading a document for grammatical errors, advice on handling a difficult customer or tips on how to get a process done faster or more efficiently. Feedback is especially useful if one employee has more knowledge or experience in an area than the other.
Participate in Brainstorming Meetings
From time-time, companies schedule brainstorming meetings to get creative ideas flowing. Employees put ideas on the table for everything from product development or to ideas for upcoming promotional campaigns. By working as a team, everyone gets to add input, there are a wide range of creative solutions to try and participants feel united, as they work toward a common goal.
