Tourists who are not afraid to wake up at dawn will find this attraction perfect for watching the spectacular currents of cool mist. The mist here at Krung Ching, originates from the rich forest that emits carbon dioxide and can be seen all year long unlike that of Northern provinces.
The name Krung Ching is derived from “Ching”, a local plant commonly found in the area. Originally an ore mine, have tour guides giving tips and historical knowledge. Krung Ching had been governed by the communist party since 1974 but was won back by the government in 1981; and historical sites like bomb shelters and trap cans still be seen.
