We are aware of the issue with the end cracks and accepted your proposal to solve this matter.
As you know, even bars-ends without such end cracks have to be sawn before they can be used but in view of this complaint (which we understand), we agree to take these costs.
However, we are not aware of any other “quality issues” so please advise.
Our credit insurance company Coface is already questioning us about the delay in payment and we informed them about the delay in the shipment and now we keep them updated about the progress of our discussion about the ends.
Can you please do you utmost to settle our invoice a.s.a.p. We have already paid our supplier so the delay is creating some problems for us since we are not a very big company.
