1. Is there any suitable place for eating, drinking or smoking?
2. Is there any procedure ensuring that workers are adequately trained, instructed and supervised commensurate with their activities?
3. Is there any health and safety training program provided to all staffs in factory?
4. Any training record kept in site?
5. Any policy or procedure for employment of full time, part time and home-workers etc.?
1. Are there suitable catering facilities and/or storage provided for food brought to site?
2. Are there enough and suitable first-aid equipment in place and regularly checked?
3. Are there suitable and sufficient fire-fighting equipment in place and regularly serviced?
4. Are there suitable personal protective equipment provided and worn by all staffs (gloves, ear protection, mask etc.)?
5. For accommodation provided, are they clearly segregated from factory / production area?
6. Is accommodation area safe, hygiene and fit for purpose?
7. Is there an adequate number of safe, unblocked fire escape routes?
8. Is there any fire drill exercise carried out?
