I don't think so. For your reference, the reason why this issue started to happen today is because the outstanding issue that these Can Purchase/Can Sell flag is not being used was fixed this morning by most likely someone logged in as Admin on the support site who set the status to Closed. Why all Products had both fields configured to false... I don't know and that's not so important; I fixed it just now.
However you did raise potentially another issue. Last night at 9pm I imported a small group of products and updated just the ecommerce flags and SI UoM... the 'Can Sell' field was not in the import file. I don't have the import file here, so I'll investigate further tonight at home and keep you posted.
