2. Working in the hotel have a lot of employees and everyone have different ideas. Sometimes They make me confuse. I have to focus on “What can I learn from them ?” rather than “Who is to blame?” I try to look and remember when the staffs deal with guests "What do they do ?" and "How to do?" Something That I don't know I ask from them and try to do follow them.
3.Wrong understand of guests because they don't speak English. It hard to dealing with them. For example: Chinese guests, Russian guests.
4.Sometimes I have to sell not fresh seafood for save benefit of hotel but for some special guests I don't sell it for them when I see it's not really fresh. The big problem is someone blame me "why you can't sell ?" It make me confused between benefit of hotel VS healthy of guests.
5.In Sails restaurant use chalk for write menu on board everyday; 2-3 times per days. Chalk make dust spread to area of restaurant. everyone know it bad for healthy but cheif still want to use chalk because it beautiful. In my opinion 5 stars hotel should to have other idea for write menu that better than chalk
