when we find out the following symptoms
and laboratory abnormalities:
a sharp increase of blood pressure (>160/110 mmHg),
severe proteinuria (or 2 gram/day),
a sudden increase of blood pressure after a period of controlled blood pressure and increased serum creatinine level over 1.2 mg/dL.
