If you have heart problems, you shouldn’t do anything too active, like cycling, mountain climbing or football. Start with easy exercise and build up slowly. You should choose something you enjoy, so that you can do it three or more times a week. Don’t force yourself to exercise when you‘re tired. Make it an enjoyable part of your day.
