At the Mid Year Review meeting the manager and employee meet to discuss:
•Performance versus objectives with specific examples of “what” and “how”
•Key activities & potential roadblocks going forward and proposed solutions
• Areas for improvement and action plans
•Agree on level of support from manager going forward
Employee updates objectives and personal development plan (PDP) in the PPR Tool as appropriate.
Manager and employee document findings to be followed up on at year end.
