I would like to report another fraud case that we have detected and proceed to deny the claim.

Adjuster : Pattarasak (Phuket claim staff)
Claim notification : We have received the claim notification right after the accident by the driver who rented the vehicle at the time of accidence. Call center assigned our internal claim staff (K.Pattarasak) to the scene of accident
Claim investigation : Upon arrival to the scene of accident, our claim adjuster has met the driver and began the interview process. Later, the policy holder arrived to the accident scene and tried to convince our claim staff to change the fact of loss that the she is the one who drive the vehicle at the time of loss since the real driver does not hold valid driving ID. Our claim adjuster refused to comply with the fraudulent request. He will then proceed to conduct the interview with the witness and the real driver admitted that he is the one who drives vehicle at the time of loss
Asides from the financial saving to our company, I am very proud that we have the staff who hold high integrity and not willing to assist with fraudulent activity.
