We must focus on
1. Drive sales through up selling and second drinks. We never go and ask if customer want a second bottle of beer or any drinks. Desert only waiting for customer to order, asked to bring a dessert tray and walk around, Dah only do one day then stop.
Later I will do a new drink list to have new mocktail and cocktail.
2. Customer Experience through very good service. Our staff don't talk to customer and our management also don't talk and no interactive with guest. I only found Soa doing this job.
3. Chef Certification, MSC will help to certify this.
Please have an action plan on number 1,2 together with the management. I will walk everyone through a new strategic house on my return to Phuket.
