In the last chapter, we discussed the importance of using a methodical
process in writing. You learned to set objectives, analyze your audience,
and determine how formal a tone you should adopt. In this chapter, we’re
going to compare and contrast nine organizational structures, consider
visual writing techniques, review traditional outlining, and discuss an
alternative to traditional outlining called Hub & Spokes.
