Lab has assign a new certificate profile and I have tried and it works.
Please do the following two tasks in parallel:
Task 1 – reproduce issue that a new certificate will not take effective until a reactivation, if reproduce, please file a Jira assign to EIM team
1. Previous account has certificated error, do a sign in action ( note down the time stamp), capture the log from BDT tools
2. Show the certificate files and made a screen shot, (ls -l /var/certmgr/enterprise/enterprise_trusted/ and the device CA settings)
3. On BES console remove the CA profile “webex connect”, add ” webex connect new”
4. Wait for a bit long time than sign in again.
5. Sign in, see if still has the sign in certificate error ( this is my complain, I assume it should work at this time) time stamp here
6. capture the log from BDT tools, Show the certificate files and made a screen shot, (ls -l /var/certmgr/enterprise/enterprise_trusted/ and the device CA settings)
7. remove account from device – setting then reactivate the device against the same account, it should be able to sign in now.
If 1 to 6 reproducible, please open a Jira.
Task 2 – take the new certificate then continue run Webex test session
1. On BES console remove the CA profile “webex connect”, add ” webex connect new”
2. Remove account from device – setting, then reactivate the device against the same account, it should be able to sign in now
3. Continue with the test session
