• Assist the Country HR Mgr to manage the implementation, administration and operation of functional HR services for assigned regions.
• Provide professional level service and results as it pertains to HR core functional knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, labor compliance related, training and development.
• Ensure that issues are handled in a consistent legal manner or through adherence to company policy, ensuring limited exposure to the company.
• Assist the Country HR Mgr to develop strategies and tactics to address performance problems and opportunities in the organization and provide consultative services and develop strategic solutions.
• Build alliances with management and establish a valuable consultative role within the organization and become a trusted advisor.
• Provide effective coaching, counseling and progressive disciplinary strategies on all employee relations issues, up to and including terminations.
• Assist and support the Country HR Mgr to identify training needs with regional management; evaluate, plan and resource the appropriate training and development activities, in addition to manage talent acquisition and talent management programs that meet the needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
• Thai national, aged 35-45 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management or any related fields.
• At least 6 years’ experience in human resources with at least 2 - 3 year experience in HR Supervisor/ Management level in Multinationational Company. Working environment in Retail Business is a Plus.
• Hands-on working style, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong background knowledge in Thai Labour Law, Social Security related, human relations and people management skills.
• Experienced in work permit/ visa related is a Plus.
• Fluency in English Writing and Speaking.
