Job Description
As a Liva Account Executive, your role relates to business development and wealth creation. You will participate in
the area of BtoB relationship building for the purpose of profitable and enduring partnerships in your specific
markets and locations . Internally, you will work in tandem with the Sales Executive, receiving new client files for
relationship building and business development. You will build specific knowledge relating to specific partner goals
and wants in order to build the best BtoB service possible. Your primary mission is to manage the business
customer portfolio and commercially ensure value, satisfaction and loyalty.
Profile:
Reports to: the Account Supervisor / Account Manager, working in tandem with the Sales Executive.
Education: Bachelor in business with tourism and ecommerce
specialty a plus; Knowledges in digital business,
sales and marketing.
Base Requirements: An ability to negotiate, and communicate business opportunities to new and existing
partners. With a BtoB customer orientation, you are objectivedriven,
resultsfocused
and are able to build loyal
partnerships. You are profitability driven and have the capacity to build indepth
market knowledge, able to use
many means and sales channels t o retain and optimise sales. Y ou will be involved in partnership building for new
projects. Additionally you must demonstrate the ability to work in a fastpaced,
flexible, often pressurised work
environment. You are willing to travel as necessary to effectively cover your assigned territory.
Base Experience: 3 5
years in BtoB sales or in contractual affiliates and partnerships for a digital commerce
company, ideally in tourism. Consolidating markets, negotiations and followups
with different partners (affiliates,
agents, resellers, service providers). Preferably, you have experience in optimizing partnerships, promoting
products and services, and managing BtoB ecommerce
customer relationships in tourismrelated
fields.
Knowledge of sales channel building for the achieving of revenue and profit goals is invaluable.
Mission:
Your primary objective is to d evelop a nd maintain e xisting BtoB markets, creating and enhancing corporate
relationships for the purpose of increasing the company's sales. Connect to and retain your partners and
customers by way of individualized, personalised, and tailored approaches. With sensitivity to the corporate
strategy, y ou are required to promote our products and services, and p repare contract renegotiations
resulting in new business revenue with new and existing BtoB partners. Your understanding of partners,
coupled with your knowledge of market needs, will enable you to participate in the continuous improvement
of information, services and products offered by our company. You will need to develop an intuitive
sensitivity to new market opportunities, t ranslating them into products and services offerings by creating
continuous win-win partnerships with the different partners in your portfolio. E ssentially, you are our
company representative to many important BtoB partners and your actions will reflect this responsibility.
Responsibilities :
Reporting to the General Manager through an Account Supervisor and/or Manager, and in collaboration with the
Sales executive, your primary roles are as follows:
Account Executive Activities Collaboration
Generate value from all BtoB partnerships within your portfolio. Proactively
develop, maintain, and retain the service providers, resellers, agents, affiliates,
distributors under your care. Focus on business development via quality work
and sound attention to partner development. D evelop implementation strategies
for each sales channel, ensuring m aximum visibility and distribution of
products and services; promote opportunities. Participate in identifying targets
and qualify leads for the sales team. A pply the company's business strategy at all
times.

Proactively and effectively engage with new customers and partners,
recommending solutions wherever possible. U se a direct approach with regard
to new proposals and needs analysis work, and a consultative sales approach
to increase the profitability of partner contracts. Participate in new contract
negotiations, introducing appropriate services and contractual processes.

Maintain partner relationships by consistently being present, providing uptodate
current information and solution recommendations based on sound market
knowledge. Monitor the proper implementation and enforcement of contracts,
monitor their validity and prepare renegotiations, maximise opportunities for
partner retention and effectively promote opportunities for additional sales and
cross sales.

Participate in the creation of new products or existing product line expansion with
knowledge gained from partnership accounts. Consistently update and monitor
partner databases with relevant relational and business development information.
Compile weekly activity reports or objective reports. P roactively utilise partner
account database information in order to maximise customer and end-user
satisfaction and CRM efficiency.
