US Embassy Immigration Visa Processing,
The instructions for the financial support form submittal are a little confusing (instructions for K-1 VISA application mentions the I-134 vs. instructions in PKG 3 DS Form 2001, the checklist required to present when interviewing which mentions the I-864). My Fiancee, Samual Dailey has submitted and currently has available, the I-864 form through last year’s taxes. He won’t have updated info until probably next Feb 2015 when his new W-2 is issued. Do I, Suchaaon, his fiancée need to submit the I-134 financial support form or stick with the I-864 form for her K-1 VISA application mailing to your offices? If possible, please respond to both myself and Samual Dailey ( tadailey@bellsouth.net ), who is copied on the email. Thanks in advance.
