2. Meals: Welcome dinner has no entertainment & no program. Other meals are not impressive, did not serve local dish.

For the program, we arranged the cabaret show.for tis group so why they complaint to us.

3. Hard Selling on coach, tour guide keep promoting the local products sales and option tours sales.
