In theory any number of adjectives can be used together, although most people avoid long strings of descriptive words, particularly in writing and particularly when they come before the nouns
Before a nouns, we don't need to use a conjunction to separate the adjectives we put together.
We can choose to use and before the final item in a list of three or more adjectives used before a nouns. In this case and emphasises the final adjectives, and allows us to change the usual order of adjectives
