Two observations were made about four different principles, for example, in assessing leadership, observer determined if the leader and andparticipant roles were well defined. Forty-nine individuals participated in the perfect Storm Simulation and were asked to complete surveys before and after training(see Figures 3&4 The pre-sur-vey was completed by 49 individuals of whom 85% (n=42) reported receiving TeamSTEPPS 3.5 hour training. Additionally, 95% (n=47) indicated their respective inpatient units demonstrate effective communication, mutual support, and simulation awareness regarding prevention fall strategies.
