We greatly appreciate your kind explanation on how to resolve the problem stated below, but I would also like you to please understand our situation here that we have found some kind of minor defects at the most location since the first turbine and we have even allowed ITE to proceed repairing without submitting an official repair procedure as we understood those minor defects have not been active and we are quite urgent to keep the WTG erection going as planned.
But once we saw the WTG-10 foundation (former WTG-14), that was horrible defect we’ve ever seen in this project and it is impossible to let it go without proper investigation. And after we thoroughly discussed these with the concerned personnel we and ITE decided to break it out to avoid coming back to rework it again.
However, we will keep considering your suggestion and use it for the other minor defects similar to the case we found earlier.
