1) Do you have any update about the water issue? It seems that we stil see so dirty water every morning. If this is not possible to improve because the water route is beyond repair or other reason, please let us know.
2) It seems that the vacuum you provides to us hasn't worked since before, and our maid has used our handy vacuum until these days.
