From the meeting at MMSVS BKK office at 1st floor, time 8:00-9:00 am.
The update progress are as following;
1. Currently there are 2 available laptops which will set for Jensak 342, 1 for operation and 1 for safety.
2. The e-mail already been set up for both operation and safety. E.g. safety342@mmsvs.com.
3. The folder will set in the standard format; which will contain the blank forms of each report that they need to use and record, Manual, procedure, etc.
4. Suggest to have folder for that unit only which will prevent the confusion and complicated for the user. E.g. laptop for 342 will consist of Jensak 342 folder only.
5. The title of the report from both operation and safety will be used the same format as below;
YYYY MM DD WORK UNIT TITLE OF REPORT = (Year Moth Day) (WORK UNIT) TITLE OF REPORT
6. Suggest to have data back up at BKK office as well; incase the laptop was lost or damage with accident which result to lost all the data in the laptop- currently let the IT to figure out the best solution of it then update in the next meeting.
However, please specify when will be the next meeting for “Laptop optimization” then I can set the meeting schedule and e-mail to all concern parties.
